RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We ensure that all our product handled carefully while packaging and the shipment only proceed post quality check of the product.

Exchanges:

For any exchange, delivery charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable on each order.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
During any sale, orders are non returnable, exchange will be done only on bras. Exchange charges will be Rs. 100 for each order.

RETURNS:

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns are applicable only on bras, If the product received is as per the order, the return is chargeable to INR 50,else free.

1.Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs , Panties and bra panty sets .
2.We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. *You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its condition.
3.Product purchase under the clearance sale will not be returned or exchanged , Product received as freebies will also not be exchanged.
4.Products that are sold as packs cannot be returned as individual items.
5.Product will be exchanged only if the Brand tags and original Packaging are intact.
6.We do not accept product for exchange or return which are worn or stained.
7.Product kept for exchange or return should be packed properly so that they are not damaged in the reverse pick-up process.

There are two ways to return the product to us.

Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us.

All exchange/refunds will be processed after receiving the original product(s) back in the warehouse.
Once we receive the product(s), we will examine and after the approval, we initiate the exchange/refund.
It will take a minimum of 7 working days to process any exchange/refund.

Refund will be made in the following ways:

-Contact the support to get details of the refund policy.
-If the payment was done by Credit Card or Net-Banking, the money will be refunded to the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
-If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery, a cheque will be sent.
-Customers must allow 7 business days after receiving the product for any refund to appear on their credit card account.
Depending on the policies set by an individual credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after their credit is applied to the account.
If the order was placed using COD, the cheque will be dispatched within 10-15 business days. Cheque will only be sent to the billing address of the customer.

Acron Incorporation reserve the rights to refuse exchange or return, based on the condition of the product(s) being returned.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order.
In case a prepaid order is cancelled, the refund will reflect back in the account with in 2-3 working days.
